مُعْتَدٍ : ظالم متجاوز للحدِّ.
أَثِيمٍ : كثير الإثم.
أَسَـٰطِيرُ : أباطيل.
رَانَ : غطى.

قال الله تعالى ( المال والبنون زينة الحيوٰة الدنيا )
" زينة " مهما تزينت الدنيا لك تبقى متاع زائل !

قال ابن القيم :
أربع تهدم الجسد : والهم والحزن والجوع والسهر.
كان من دعاء النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم :
( اللهم إني أعوذ بك من الهم والحزن )

إذا سقط شيء ماء داخل عينك وتريد أن تخرجه
اسحب جفنك الأعلى بإصبعك وأغمض عينيك عدة مرات بسرعة وسوف تخرج بإذن الله .
