بأن ربك أوحى لها : بسبب أن ربك أمرها بأن تخبر.
يصدر الناس : يرجعون عن موقف الحساب.
أشتاتاً : أصنافاً متفرقين.

عن أنس بن مالك -رضي الله عنه- قال كان أكثر دعاء النبي ﷺ: "اللهم ربنا آتنا في الدنيا حسنة وفي الآخرة حسنة وقنا عذاب النار"

(( نصــائـح تــربــويــة ))
* التهديد سواء كان لطيفا أو شديدا يعتبر من أسوأ أنواع العنف المؤثر علی الأبناء.
* إذا وفق الله ابنك بصحبة صديق صالح فأكرمه وشجع ابنك على مرافقته فقد تحمل جزء من أعباء التربية بدلا عنك.
* يحتاج المراهق للعاطفة والحب والتقدير والاحترام من والديه والمجتمع ، احتياجات المراهق المعنوية أكبر من احتياجاته المادية .

(( طور ذاتك .. تتغير حياتك ))
عندما تستيقظ من النوم ابتسم واشكر الله على نعمة البقاء فلديك يوم في رصيد حياتك لتقضيه في طاعة الرحمن.

(( فــائـدة صــحــيــة ))
كأسين من الماء بعد الإستيقاظ من النوم يساعد على تنشيط الدورة الدموية وحرق الدهون ✔️ كأس من الماء قبل الوجبة بنصف ساعة يساعد على عملية الهضم.
